2. Orders That Have Already Shipped

3. Refunds After Delivery
After delivery, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

4. Situations That May Not Qualify for a Refund

5. Return Shipping
If a return is required, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by an error on our end, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
